We customized the Lennon Rae JAC ShowIt Template for a med-spa located in St. Pete, Florida. The new website's goal was to allow clients to book online and to also incorporate their new booking platform. During our Design Day, we also expanded the color palette of the brand using the primary brand colors blue and white as the starting point.

The goal of the application process is to determine if you are a great fit for Website in a Day, so we just want to learn more about your business, your goals and the needs of your site to determine if we can confidently deliver your site in a single day!

step 2: the prep work
Once we've determined you're a great fit, it's time for a little prep work! They say luck is when opportunity meets preparation. And what can we say? Feeling prepared is feeling confident, right?! When you've booked your Website Design Day, you'll receive our Website Content Outline Doc and a Google Drive to upload your images! Our team will be available to provide feedback and recommendations prior to your Design Day if you need support so you can go into your Design Day feeling so ready.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 3: YOUR DESIGN DAY
YAY! It's time for your Design Day! Your Design Day is from 10:30 AM-5:30 PM CST. We will meet at 10:30 AM CST for a Game Plan Call on your scheduled Design Day. This call will ensure we are on the same page so we can get started. We will start with your homepage and submit to you for review. Once the homepage is approved, we will move onto the rest of the interior pages of the site. It's important that you block off your Design Day and are available to make decisions and provide feedback quickly. After all revisions are made, your site will be ready to launch by end of day!

so how does it work?
Our day begins at 10:30 AM CST and will end at 5:30 PM CST. We will have a 1 hour strategy call at 10:30 AM so we can get on the same page and finalize the overall mandatories of the site. From there, we will develop your color palette and mood board and you can approve. Once the mood board is approved, we will layout the home page and send for approval. We will make any tweaks and then once approved, we will complete the rest of the interior pages. You will review upon receipt and provide any final edits. Once all tweaks are made, we will connect your domain and launch your site! Your wrap up guide will be delivered the following day.
Frequently Asked Questions
can i easily update my site if i need to?
Absolutely! Websites aren't meant to be static, and should be updated as you get new brand photos, add new services, etc. You will receive a Website Wrap Up Guide with video tutorials to show you exactly how to make tweaks to your site so you can easily reference it for the future or share with a team member to make updates for you.
what if i need a blog?
A blog is so valuable for your website for SEO and content creation. Because a blog requires additional set up time with ShowIt, we wouldn't be able to guarantee a blog can be launched in a day. We can begin the process, and you can book a blog set up package to help you set up your blog. Have an existing blog? There is a possibility that your blog can be migrated depending upon your website platform. Migrations are handled on a case by case basis, and would also require you to book a blog set up package.
what about SEO?
SEO is essential to your website. The Website in a Day package includes basic SEO implementation, which means page titles, meta-descriptions for all pages, and alt-text for images.
what about e-commerce?
Great question! The answer to this really depends. We only work with ShowIt for Website in a Day packages. That being said, if you are using ShowIt and want to integrate with the Shopify Starter Plan and embed buy buttons, this could definitely be feasible if you have a small product line of 5 products or less. If your business is a product focused business that will need a Shopify build out, we would recommend a custom quote and would not recommend Website in a Day.

so, what's the application process?
We are no-stress vibes around here! The application process is to ensure that we can serve YOU best. When you fill out your application, we will review your application to get to know your business and most importantly, your needs for your website. The goal of the application process is to determine if your project is a great fit for Website in a Day OR if an alternative website package would be a better fit for you.
