I'm Jude Buford.
I’m the founder and Creative Director of J. Alexandria Creative, a brand and web design agency I started in 2018 with a laptop, a vision, and a deep love for small business owners.
My journey into entrepreneurship was anything but accidental. I earned my BFA in Advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I built the foundation for my career in strategic marketing and creative direction. After graduation, I stepped into the corporate world, working first at an ad agency and later inside a multi-billion-dollar financial institution in a corporate marketing role. I worked on creative campaigns, radio ads, digital design projects, and even assisted with a large-scale brand refresh.
On paper, it was a great path. But deep down, I knew I was wired for ownership.
In 2018, while still working full time, I began freelancing during lunch breaks and late nights. After nine months of building my client roster, I officially stepped into entrepreneurship full time and J. Alexandria Creative was born.
What started as a solo venture has grown into a thriving agency serving ambitious small business owners across the country. Today, my mission is simple: bring high-level strategy and intentional branding to entrepreneurs who are ready to elevate.
I believe small businesses deserve the same level of strategy and polish as million-dollar brands. I believe branding is more than pretty colors and fonts. And I believe when a business owner feels confident in how they show up online, it changes everything.
When I’m not leading creative strategy or executing design projects, you can usually find me spending time with my husband Brandon, hanging out with our dog Finn, planning my next travel adventure, or relaxing my brain with RomComs or the latest reality TV drop. I’m a big believer in building a life and a business that fuel each other, and I love helping other entrepreneurs do the same.
