One of our clients who has been with us since the beginning, Vitale Buford, recently wrote her debut memoir, Addicted to Perfect about her addiction to Adderall and her struggles with perfectionism. When Vitale came to me and told me she wrote a book and needed concepts for the cover art, I was ALL over it! So we began concepting the cover design and one of the main themes that kept popping up was that the book goes over a lot of Vitale’s struggles with body image, which fueled her need to stay on Adderall (one of the side effects is weight loss). SO, that was the inspiration for the book cover design! We created the outline of an hourglass figure with the adderall pills. We are so proud of Vitale’s work and the success of her book during launch week! Head over to Amazon or Barnes and Noble to purchase it! I’m so excited to add book cover designer to my list of projects we’ve taken on!
