Susan and Tyler from The Healthy Place reached out to us with a clear vision: they wanted a new WordPress website to support their virtual wellness appointment business. They are a husband and wife duo where Susan is the Physicial Assistant who sees patients while Tyler handles the business backend of their wellness clinic. Before our team could dive into their website build, we uncovered a deeper challenge. Their current visuals didn’t fully capture the warmth, expertise, and whole-person care Susan delivers for their business. They needed clinic branding that matched the level of trust and professionalism their patients rely on so our team did a branding refresh project for them.

Logo Refresh:

We began with a strategy call to uncover Susan and Tyler’s goals, values, and audience. Their brand needed to communicate not only clinical expertise, but also empathy, prevention, and long-term support. At first, they only had one logo to work with. We really recommend businesses have a few logo variants to use in a multitude of ways, so creating logo and submark variations were at the top of our to-do list.

We kept the sunshine elements that represented warmth and optimism while introducing an expanded color palette for versatility across digital and print. This step ensured the clinic branding retained it’s familiarity while providing them with a fresh, modern feel.
