Our team had the opportunity to design a real estate website! Nova Lux Properties is the best place for your Dominican Republic real estate needs. Our client, Kathy, came to us asking for help building a website for her property listings. Nova Lux specializes in luxury homes located in several areas in the Dominican Republic. Some of their listings are move-in ready and some are pre-construction units ready for their first owner!

Nova Lux Properties is a full service real estate company offering services for buyers and sellers alike. Kathy is also skilled at interior design and offers in-home and virtual design consultations to help you design and execute your dream Dominican Republic spaces.

Kathy came to us with existing branding, so we used those elements to create a beachy, bohemian feel to her semi-custom website project. This site was designed in ShowIt and we also helped set up her email opt in form through Flodesk. 

When discussing her new real estate website, it was important to Kathy that the website also help prospective clients get to know the areas of the DR that house many of her listings. We highlighted many area features and attractions that would interest her prospective buyers. 

This was SUCH a fun project to work on. If you go peek at the website, you’ll see why! Look how gorgeous these property images are? Every time we create a listing it has us ready to book flights.

For each listing, we included all relevant property information and images. Some of the listings had video footage, so we imbedded that content for applicable properties. Like most real estate websites, the properties are all presented in a thumbnail view that users can click on to view more. 

It was important for Kathy to have a blog and press release section to continuously add content to her website. Fresh website content makes a business look so credible in the eyes of Google! 

We are so thrilled for Kathy and all of her current and future clients! We know she is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and now she has a website to mirror that energy and professionalism.
