What should I plan on doing during a VIP Day?
Plan to be available for real-time feedback as we send concepts and updates your way throughout the day — the faster you can respond, the more momentum we can build together. No Zoom calls required. We keep things moving via email or Voxer (a free voice messaging app that works great for quick back-and-forth).

How will we communicate on the day of?
Email is our preferred method — it keeps everything organized and easy to reference. If you'd rather send voice messages, you're welcome to add us on Voxer and we can communicate that way instead. Whatever keeps things flowing smoothly for you works for us.
What if everything isn't finished by end of day?
How do I prepare for my VIP Day?
After booking, you'll receive an onboarding email outlining everything we need from you — copy, brand assets, logins, and anything else project-specific. We ask that all materials are submitted at least 48 hours before your VIP Day so we have time to review everything, confirm access, and hit the ground running on day one.
What time does my VIP Day start?
Full VIP Days run from 10 AM to 6:00–6:30 PM CST. If you're in a different timezone, we'll do our best to make slight schedule adjustments to fit your availability — just let us know when you book.
We plan and prioritize carefully to make the most of every hour. If there are small finishing touches still outstanding at the end of your day, our team will wrap those up by the next business day at no extra charge. If additional time is needed beyond that due to scope or feedback rounds, we'll communicate a clear plan with you directly — no surprises.
